H1 chart: meanwhile here locally a descending structure, so bulls need to monitor formation of a reversal around 1.1308 either pattern O&U (which you need to break the local top 1.1343)

Expectations:
1) We have a high probability of a buy signal in the zone of 1.1308 and goals 1.1350, 1.1380, 1.15 (in the medium-term). 2) In case of breaking support 1.13, the euro may continue to decline.
solutions:
1) When there is a signal to buy in the area of 1.1308 – we buy with a stop at 1.1300 and goals 1.1380 and 1.15 2) If we have the pattern O & U (in case of growth from current levels above 1.1343) – we shall put Buy limit orders at 1.1308
